If you are a new client then our initial meeting, often via email or booking system we discuss what the issiue is and maybe I then send you online paperwork to fill out so I can get more underneath/ hidden information before our first session, in order for me to able to help you the best. Via the information I can assess where your body is at and then when we have our first meeting online or in real world, I can then compaire it to what I see, I can create the best plan for you and your needs and capabilities.
As my mentor Paul Chek says, if your not assessing, then you are guessing.
On daily basis Hanna coaches, treaths , trains and eductes her client on a one2one basic for 1-3 hours pr client.
This includes, holistic body work to release tension and blockages physically in order to get a better flow and open up to mental blockages, to connect body and mind.
- tools can be: nutrition , bodywork, movement- pilates, yoga, strength training, creative movement suitable for the client, tai chi, active meditation, meditation, art work, sound therapy, trigger points, mental , emotional and nutritional coaching. Hanna has a lot of tools in her box, so she can pick what is needed for the client in any given situation according to their needs and availability.
