Body Remedy Training / Yoga. Is a form of training and treatment in one.
You will become stronger & flexible and come into balance physically and mentally.
You get to know your own body and learn to feel what is hidden in your body. It's not about looking good or being the strongest or most agile, but about feeling your body and learning to be in it with all that it entails so you can take control of your own body and your life. All our memories / feelings that are unredeemed are hidden in the body, and with this training they can be released by you giving yourself attention.
Body Remedy Training / Yoga is a form of training / yoga that creates awareness of your movements, and physical activity and the effect it has on the mind. The training / Yoga form also gives awareness of the emotions that relate to different body parts and organs.
The body reflects the way we take in life or not take it in. It reflects our being, more than our consciousness can detect. By working with the body and putting into words the emotions that belong to certain body parts and movements, or lack of togetherness, we can work with the unconscious and perhaps bring it up to consciousness. The training / Yoga form is slow and present, but still dynamic through its intensity and therefore provides good strength and energy. These are both standing, sitting and lying exercises.Mental or physical symptoms, are just a symptom and not the cause of the problem. There are often injuries & trauma from your past that trigger the symptoms you have nowI’ll help and support you in finding your physical needs, learning to read your own signals and needs when it comes to physical or non-physical movement and balance in your own life.

I use activation points to enhance the bodies performance, and teach you to do these activation points yourself, as part of taking responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
'My sessions treatment and training with Hanna gives me, in addition to the usual, a lot! Besides that, I think that Hanna is So good and So aware of one's body (she can almost see it before you enter the room).
