I’ll help and support you in finding your physical needs, learning to read your own signals and needs when it comes to physical or non-physical movement and balance in your own life. 

I focus on movement and holistic training, as well as innovative pilates, yoga and corrective movement helping you connect to your body and mind efficiently. Empowering the whole brain approach to living, movement, body and mind to achieve your goals.

Sessions

If you want to get in the best shape ever, just to look good physically, then I am the wrong person for you.

My interest is to empower you, so you get into the best shape and overall balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually

I use activation points to enhance the bodies performance, and teach you to do these activation points yourself, as part of taking responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
