With a passion for holistic, physical and mental health, I believe we all can and should live life to the fullest. I look at all the ways your mind and body overlap, finding a solution that’s tailored to you.

From my broad training & knowledge in mental, emotional and physical training, and drawing from over 20 + years of experience, I can help you address areas of your life you’re feeling challenged by.

With our first meeting, we’ll work through and discuss any old injuries and trauma before we start our work together.

Often Symptoms are just that: a symptom and not he cause of the problem.
